Having had Breast Cancer in 2020, and several surgeries during that time, I know what it is like to lose your mobility, and how that impacts all areas of your life. I have found that with consistent yoga practice I was able to slowly but surely find my way back to full range of motion and continue to improve and restore my flexibility and lessen the stiffness and aches and pains. I love of helping people live better, move better and feel better by inspiring them to be consistent with their practice.

Where is the studio located?
In Nauvoo, in the Old elementary school building on the second floor.
Do I need my own mat?
Most clients bring their own, but we do have some at the studio to use if you need or forget yours!
What if I can't do all the poses, are there modifications?
Yes! Not everyone is at the same level and modifications are advised and encouraged. (Again it's not about getting the pose just right, it's about the dedication and consistency to practice and making progress!)
Can I bring a friend?
Yes! That is highly encouraged as the studies show when you workout with a buddy
you significantly increase your success rate with consistency.
